The brief
For its 2026 Annual Meeting, the American College of Clinical Pharmacology needed photographs for social media while the meeting was underway, alongside a finished collection after the event.
The coverage
DCHFOTO coordinated with the meeting team on the shoot schedule and arranged early selections through a shared Dropbox folder. Selected photographs were made available during the meeting, with the timing of those selections discussed directly with the communications contact.
The delivery
The final photographs followed, and the client confirmed downloading the completed collection. By planning early selections separately from the full gallery, the assignment supported immediate communications as well as the meeting’s longer-term visual record.
