*Post production processing includes full editing of all images, including: cropping, color balancing, exposure, contrast, and sharpness correction. Rush processing is available for an additional 100% for 48-hour or 200% 24-hour turnaround.

Standard License
All advertising event and corporate photography packages from DChFOTO include perpetual use in internal or external web publications, newsletters and magazines. Client may distribute the image to editorial magazines, trade publications, newspapers, wire services without charge to publications. Client will be provided watermarked images for use on social media sites such as Facebook and Flickr. License may not be sold or transferred to third parties without written permission from DChFOTO.

Miscellaneous Fees and Cancellations
Setup, travel and weather days, and last-minute cancellations are subject to fees. Details are available in writing on the quote or by request. Rates do not include expenses specific to the assignment (i.e. parking fees), which are billed as a reimbursable cost as part of your final invoice.
